By flight:

Very few international flights have directly connections to Aarhus Airport.

Mainly you will arrive at Copenhagen Airport from where you can continue with an other flight to Aarhus Airport or by train to Aarhus and Grenaa railway stations.

A train at the Copenhagen Airport will bring you directly to the railway station of Copenhagen (København H.) from where you are to take a direct train to Aarhus running every hour. The travel time will be three to four hours.
 

By train:

International trains will take you to Aarhus railway station. From Aarhus railway station there will be a train to Grenaa railway station.
 

Meeting point:

You must arrange meeting point with you first host.

Wherever you arrive Rotarians will be ready to meet you.
